FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES

Make note that: (1) EB-1 stayed the same for China, retrogressed for India, and moved slowly for ROW; (2) The difference between EB-1 and NIW cutoff dates are shortened to only 6 months for applicants born in China; (3) F2A (spouse and children of U.S. permanent residents) moved forward a lot, to March 8, 2019.
"C" means current, i.e., numbers are authorized for issuance to all qualified applicants
"U" means unauthorized, i.e., numbers are not authorized for issuance
-Note: Numbers are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose priority date is earlier than the final action date listed
