The current administration openly says it will intensify scrutiny, including retroactive review, cap numbers, raise standards, and cut certain categories. Yet facing the oncoming rhino, some prefer to be ostriches, consoling themselves that, judging by its pace, stride, and direction, it might just pass by or turn away.
